Bill joined Siggins March 1, 2025, after more than 25 years executive experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, and manufacturing. Bill’s career spans NetJets Aviation, A Berkshire Hathaway company, United Technologies Corporation, and private equity backed Skyservice Business Aviation. 
 
He is a demonstrated executive at industry leading companies providing best-in-class products, services and technologies. Bill is committed to leading a customercentric culture delivering innovative and quality customer solutions through a purpose-driven agile organization.

Cindy's Bio

Cindy joined Siggins April 1, 2024, and is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in accounting, finance, and business operations. She oversees all aspects of financial strategy, planning and compliance – ensuring fiscal discipline while enabling scalable growth. 
 
Prior to joining Siggins, she co-founded and managed a manufacturing business, giving her a deep understanding of operational drivers at both strategic and tactical levels. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelors of Business Administration.

Max brings over 25 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and distribution operations, offering a customer-centric perspective in his role as Vice President of System Solutions at Siggins. 
 
Known for his pragmatic, no-nonsense approach, Max focuses on delivering effective, scalable, flexible systems that boost throughput and quality, reduce labor dependence, and maximize space utilization. His leadership is grounded in deep expertise in operational excellence, data analysis, and process management, combined with an unwavering focus on execution and financial performance. 

Steve Wilson

Steve Wilson

Vice President, Systems Design

Steve's Bio

Steve joined Siggins in 2007 and brings over 15 years of experience designing and delivering supply chain infrastructure solutions. His career began in the U.S. Navy submarine force, supporting mission-critical operations as a parts coordinator. At Siggins, Steve progressed from project engineer to project manager, contributing across structural, conveyor, and controls disciplines. 
 
Today, he leads key initiatives within Siggins’ North American Systems group, helping clients implement high-performing, scalable distribution centers. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Workforce Training & Development, as well as an MBA.

Jeff's Bio

Jeff brings 24 years of experience in distribution center design with a proven ability to guide projects from concept through completion. Known for his practical, operations-focused perspective, Jeff partners closely with clients to deliver systems that are efficient, scalable, and tailored to their business goals.

He is deeply committed to building long-term relationships and delivering real-world results. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys time with his wife, kids, and grandkids—often found on the golf course or trail running.

Jim's Bio

Jim joined Siggins in 2016, bringing 26 years of experience in packaging, material handling, and automation. With a deep understanding of warehouse operations, he quickly became a key contributor to Siggins’ North American Systems Group.

Jim is known for his attention to detail and ability to manage the complexity of automation projects with precision and clarity. His thoughtful approach helps clients confidently navigate large-scale transformations. Jim enjoys traveling with his wife and spending time with their three adult children.

Chris's Bio

Chris has nearly 18 years of experience in the material handling industry, with a strong focus on automation and software integration over the last seven. He partners with clients to design systems that deliver immediate impact while laying a foundation for long-term growth.

His expertise spans WCS and WES platforms, AS/RS, and Goods-to-Person technologies. Chris is committed to understanding each client’s operations and aligning the right technologies to meet their strategic goals.

Kip brings over 13 years of experience in material handling, specializing in the design and implementation of end-of-line packaging and warehouse automation systems. He began his career at Siggins as a Regional Manager, supporting local clients with tailored system designs and responsive service.

Now as a Principal Solutions Partner, Kip leads complex projects across North America, helping businesses optimize operations, reduce costs, and build for the future.

Jake's Bio
Jake joined Siggins in August 2016 and leads the Solutions Engineering department. He brings extensive experience in data analytics, industrial design, and advanced warehouse technology—supporting innovation, process optimization, and long-term business growth.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, where he graduated cum laude. Jake is passionate about leveraging technology and design to deliver scalable, results-driven solutions for clients.

Jeff's Bio

Jeff holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Louisville and has more than a decade of experience in material handling, plant engineering, and operations management. He brings a desire to deeply understand operational flow and growth objectives as a prerequisite to data-driven system design.

As a former business owner, Jeff is passionate about master-planning and delivering efficiency, value, and ROI on systems that are scalable far into the future.

Eric joined Siggins over 18 years ago and serves as Regional Manager supporting clients across Kansas. A lifelong Kansas City resident, Eric combines deep industry knowledge with a strong commitment to customer service.

He works closely with clients to understand their material handling needs and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions that improve operations and drive long-term value.

Jack joined Siggins in 2023, bringing a strong technical foundation and customer-focused mindset. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and began his sales career in 2017, quickly earning a reputation for integrity, dedication, and results.

Based in the Kansas City area, Jack takes pride in building trusted relationships with clients across Missouri. His goal is simple—ensure Siggins is the first and only name clients need to know for warehouse solutions.
