The key to the success of any activity in the manufacturing environment is setting and holding standards. Stretch wrapping machines are no exception. To successfully wrap your loads and to ensure that they reach your customer in as-made conditions, it is critical that you set and hold the proper standards for wrapping each of your loads.
Once you’ve set your standards, it’s simple to hold those standards with our software that allows you to record your wrapping programs.
Wrappers come in a variety of sizes and configurations to wrap virtually any load. The most popular versions are the turntable and rotary arm. With a turntable, the load rotates on the base while a rotary arm load remains stationary as the arm rotates around the load.
Both varieties feature a film roll carriage that can easily and quickly be adjusted. Models offer several pre-stretch options from 250% fixed to 100%-400% variable.
Our S winding pattern roll carriage ensures 40% more surface contact of film with pre-stretch rollers. Film stretches from drive roll to drive roll. No barriers to impede the film stretching process.
This film delivery system ensures that all of the film containment properties are utilized. The net result is greater load containment force using far less film. Delivering 30% to 54% film savings over competitive stretch systems! While it reduces the amount of film used, it significantly increasing wrap force. The S wrap pattern virtually eliminates any slippage of film during the wrapping process consistently delivering exactly the promised pre-stretch on the load.
The safety of your operators and employees is of prime importance to us. All our stretch wrappers are CE Certified. CE represents the strictest and most widely accepted safety and electrical standards in the market. We include safety features like an anti-fall device, roll carriage safety stop and 65" diamond plated turntable as standard options.
